He earned master degree in international fiancé and subsequently he perused his higher education in Islamic studies at Institute of Islamic Studies along with graduates from learning institutions like El Azhar University, Cairo Egypt. In 1982 he earned his doctorate from Pacific State University, California in International finance with emphasis on economics and finance according to Islamic Sharia embedded in the Quaran and the Sunnah of the prophet Mohammed (pbh.)

During early years of his working career, he took a position in the department of Finance and taxation in Cairo. His department during his tenure excelled in implementation of policies and collection procedure.

Having impressed with his organizational capabilities and clarity of thinking he was entrusted with gruesome task of rehabilitation of wounded soldiers returning from front line during 1967 war with Israel. He was responsible for over 100,000 soldiers who were wounded, hungry, thirsty and tired. His organizational and managerial capabilities once again were put to test. He met every one of these soldiers personally and once again gave them a reason to live and hope for the future. Having been released from the Egyptian Armed forces in 1968, once again he was called in 1974 to manage the supply line logistics during the 1974 war with Israel.

In 1975 he migrated to United States and since then he has been perusing his life long desire of helping others. For people in the United States of America generally, and Los Angeles in particular he is a counselor, a teacher, a scholar, an Imam and above all a friend and a brother who will help any human being in need.

He established first Islamic Bank in United States of America in partnership with Shaikh Saleh Kamil of Al Baraka Group of Saudi Arabia. He also has to his credit formation and establishment of La Riba another Islamic Banking organization in the country.

He is a founder of Islamic learning and practicing centre in Los Angeles under this umbrella he also has founded a school with emphasis on Islamic teaching for the children and young adults. The reputation of this school is well recognized in the Middle East as there are always few children enrolled from foreign countries including the Middle East.

He has performed serious research on issues relevant to modern society from an Islamic point of view. He has designed a Search Engine whereby every word of Quran can be collected by Sura and Ayah with its meaning in that particular Aya and usage. This contribution of his will be remembered and appreciated by the generations to come.
